Bedroom 1 has a double bed that can be separated to form two singles, Bedroom 2 has two single beds, Bedrooms 1 and 2 are a suite with their own bathroom with shower over bath, Both rooms have TVs and video supplied from the lounge, The suite has tea and coffee making facilities and lock on outside door. SLEEPS 4.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed that can be separated to form two singles, It also has a shower room with wc, TV and video supplied from the lounge, Tea and coffee making facilities and lock on outside door. SLEEPS 2.
Bedroom 4 has a double bed and two single beds, Bathroom with shower over bath, TV and video supplied from the lounge, Tea and coffee making facilities and lock on outside door. SLEEPS 4.
Bedroom 5 has a double bed and one single bed, an extra single can be put in if needed, Bathroom with shower over bath, TV and video supplied from the lounge, Tea and coffee making facilities and lock on outside door. SLEEPS 3/4.
A cot can be put in any bedroom, Please request this at time of booking.

Lounge with TV and video supplied to all bedrooms, comfy seats, open log fire.
Quiet lounge with comfy seats and NO TV.
Kitchen Fully equipped with sink, cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dish washer, washing machine, tumble dryer.
